Login Error

I am trying to figure out this minecraft before i go back to school in a few days and it keeps saying I can't log in to a world to check my connection. My school has a license why can't i get in ? All I'm continually given is a demo lesson?

  Thanks for reaching out to us. I am going to need a little bit more info. What account are you trying to login with? What device are you using/which OS? Which version of Minecraft: Education Edition are you on?

  We are having the same issue. Our school uses Chromebooks and the login only works half the time. The only solution we have found is to uninstall the app but it erases the saved worlds. It is also just a temporary fix because the login error still happens.
