When i open up the app on my laptop, the whole screen goes black and i cant enjoy the game. It still works but the screen is just black, I've tried to install and reinstall by it's still the same.

  That is not good at all. What type of device are you using to play? What OS is it?  Have you tried logging in on a different device?

  Without knowing more information its tough to say. Go ahead and use the little green widget in the lower right corner of the support website to open a technical support ticket so we can take a better look.
