Student Licenses

Our school has Office365 and most of my pupils are able to log on. However, for a few, when they logon, it tells them their free trial has ended. How can I fix it so that they can logon like the rest of my students?

  Thanks for reaching out with this. If your school has already purchased licenses for Minecraft: Education Edition and some of the students log into the full version of the game with no problem, typically that means whomever is the global IT admin of the school/district tenet has not assign licenses to those specific accounts. If you can reach out to that person to check those account to make sure the licenses have been distributed properly through their admin console. 

  If your school has not purchased licenses and all students are on the trial version, then that means some students may have tried logging in more than other. The system sees any login (even if its accidental or they log in and close out really fast) as one complete trial usage. 

  If either of you check these issues out and still no resolution please put in a ticket with our help desk where we can take a deeper dive!

  Thanks for that Adam,

  They all have the same licenses assigned to them, so I have submitted a ticket to the help desk.
