How do you allow different playernames on the same computer user account access each other's saved worlds?

P.S. Hi Karin! Can you answer my question so I can go back to my game and stop bothering with this forum?

You can get yourself an Office 365 account by signing up for the Minecraft Education Edition trial (https://educationstore.microsoft.com/en-us/store/search?q=minecraft%20education%20edition). You can then log into https://www.office.com/ using your trial account and use the Admin app to give your kids accounts so you can play together.

You cannot BUY Minecraft Education Edition without being marked as eligible, but you can still sign up for the trial, which is the fully functional product... except don't log out too many times or you get locked out. The game does tell you when you only have three logins left, so take that as your cue to move your host world to a new account. Thankfully, Office 365 does not seem to limit how many accounts you can create on the same tenant, so you can just make new accounts according to your needs. Huge hassle, I know, but that's probably the best you can do until they sort this homeschool situation out.

I'd advise you export your worlds regularly so you don't lose your work in the event your trial runs out.
