  Sorry you are having a problem with this today. Has it worked in the past? Also can you try and connect to a different network (like a hotspot or something like that) to see if it works. Sometimes certain computers and internet connections cannot connect to our servers due to firewall issues. I will link the page I am sure you saw but to double check everything.

  It's fine, I figured it out. It did work in the past, but what happened was that I had the website version and the windows 10 version of minecraft education so I uninstalled the website one through the setup wizard and It started it work perfectly on the windows one....
