Fantastic Mr Fox

Hi!
i can’t seem to load the Fantastic Mr Fox world to my iPad.  I keep getting an import fail notification.  
Has anyone else had this issue or can anyone help me fix it please?

  Thanks for reaching out to us with this. There is currently a known bug where iPads are having problems with importing world files from the library. The team is currently working with Apple on the issue but for now the only official work around is to factory reset the iPad itself.   I fixed it by completely resetting my iPad
