iOS Version won't load lessons

Cannot access the lesson library on iOS. Can access it fine on the windows version signed in to the same account on the same network. Could it be because I had it downloaded and was signed into it before acquiring the license? It seems as though the Bracnh, SHA, and MCID information is missing from the iOS version.

  Thanks for reaching out. You may have seen quite a few other forum posts on here about this. This is a known issue with the iPad specifically. The official workaround at the moment is to factory reset the iPad itself.
