Connectivity issues
We have been using Minecraft Education since its inception. We are well versed in it's weird glitches, including needing to go strait to a remote world when opening Minecraft otherwise it won't connect.
Now with the most recent update we are having even more issues. Ports are setup correctly, we know this because some can join, but others cannot. We spend 45 minutes of a 2.5 hour class troubleshooting with no success. We restart the server and some kids who could not join then can, but other's who did join the server before the reboot then cannot. It seemingly makes no sense and it's wildly frustration and disruptive to the class.

Thank you both for reaching out to bring this to our attention. This is one of those cases where putting in a technical support ticket would be really important. I am going to turn these into tickets for you and we will start to work through the issues with you over on that side.

I have the same problem here with my class. No one can connect to my server. Last year everything worked perfect. We spent one hour without any success.

Looks like you do not have an email address that can accept emails from us associated with your account. Can you please put in your own technical support ticket? Its on the main community forums page at the top, "reach out to support"

I have a similar issue in that I am receiving a 'not able to connect' error message when attempting to connect. The code entered does recognized the world because it does identify the world name and host. I have my admin/host account associated with this username and a second test account to test the student perspective.
I had tested this last week and it worked fine. Today it does not.
Host: Mac OS / M:EE 14.31 (same network as before)
Test User : Mac OS / M:EE 14.31 and also tested on Ipad / M:EE 14.31 (tested on three different networks)
Have used both Code and IP Address
Have checked to make sure I'm not logged in more than one system.
Any suggestions?
