Importing Bedrock world to Minecraft: Education Edition

Does anyone know if custom a world created in MineCraft Bedrock be imported to MineCraft Education Edition, including programmed NPCs etc.?

  Good morning and thanks for reaching out to us! At this time due to the fact the Bedrock/Java version of Minecraft is about one update ahead of Minecraft: Education Edition worlds that are built in Java/Bedrock cannot be imported into this version of the game. We definitely apologize for any confusion or inconvenience this causes.

  Thank you Adam. That is a bugga.

  Would it be theoretically possible to do so with an older version of Bedrock?

  In theory this could work for a Bedrock release that is older than 1.14

  However there is no official way to download an older version and I would be very wary of downloading an older version from a non-official source.
