How do i not install minecraft education edition and still get to play it?

my dads computer is not actually his because he got it from where he works and they stopped all these kind of installations so I was wondering if you can get minecraft education edition without installing it?

  Unfortunately due to the classroom nature of Minecraft: Education Edition, the game has to be downloaded onto the device you are using to be able to play.

  If you have other devices we do support a range of platforms including: Chromebooks, iPad, Windows and Mac computers.
