Can't do log in with my 365 account in our vdi

Hi,

I can't sign in with my user name and password in my 365 college account

its happen in vdi network

  Hey there Itamar, 

  Just checking in to see if you are still having trouble logging in to your Office 365 Education account? If you need to check to see if your account is eligible to play you can visit: https://education.minecraft.net/get-started

  If you can please let me know what exact error message is coming up so we can troubleshoot for you.

  Hi, we are having the same problem some of my students are unable to use their school Office 365 accounts to have access to Minecraft, This is only for a few students others are fine. This is the message we usually encounter: is below.

  This seems to be an ongoing problem

  I saw the same messages just a few minutes ago when a student tried to log in. I had them go back and slowly and carefully input their login information once more. This time they connected just fine. I think it was a "fat finger" issue, at least for us.

  I have a ticket open for Ben McDonald just to make sure things are working correctly on our end. I will update this thread once we have a resolution! Thanks everyone!

  After some investigating it looks like we have had educators dealing with this before. It is something on the admin side (whomever is taking care of your Office 365 tenets). I would reach out to them to see if they can troubleshoot. Also here is an article that we have used in the past to help educators and IT admins with this issue. We really appreciate you bringing this to our attention!
