What version of Creator update is required?

I have tried installing this on Windows 10 in our schools and the installation file says that I need 1803 but yet the minecraft webpage says that only 1607 is required.

  Hi Eric,

  Thanks for posting. I am not aware of this message, and you definitely do not need to have 1803 to download. Would you mind submitting a request with a screenshot so we can troubleshoot, and get this figured out?
