Will not install for one particular account/profile

For one particular student, Minecraft EE will not install.

It installs for all other profiles on his computer, except his.

The icon does not show in his Windows start menu.

Has anyone else experienced this?  What about his profile could block the install?

  Hi Jason,

  I would check to make sure that the OS his OS is updated. Feel free to submit a request if this doesn't work.
