No Friends in Friends List???

So I have around lots of clients with Minecraft EDU installed however one of the does not show any friends in the friends list even though all the other clients are online.  The other pcs can see each other just not this one.

 

Any ideas?

  Hi Darrell,

  It would be my guess that this user either has a different @domain account or is on a different network.

  Please submit a request if we need to troubleshoot further.

  Hi Kyle

   

  They are definitely on the same domain and 100% in the same network.  Is there anything else I can check?

  Hi Darrell,

  If those two conditions are met it should definitely show up in the friends tab. Can it connect via the Servers tab?

  Strange one this as its now working, I wonder if someone was using the same office 365 account at the time this one was.

  I'm not on the old education edition a.k.a Minecraft EDU (minecraft edu is old version) I'm on new version 1.14.50 btw and there is no friends tab Minecraft EDU is way different then new education edition! HOW DO I JOIN PUBLIC SERVERS AND ADD FRIENDS! also when will we get netherite stuff

  Hi Chrissi Shepherd. Minecraft: Education Edition does not have friend list or public/dedicated servers. Due to our update schedule we do not update at the same time as Bedrock and Java editions.
