ncp spawn not working

I was on minecraft education today and i was trying to spawn an ncp but it wasn't working, when ever i tried to spawn the egg it wouldn't work, i've tried on multiple world too.

  Hello,

  Please ensure the settings are in order to allow for npc spawn. Creative is on, cheats are on, you are in the right biome etc.

  I am also having this issue. Even when I try spawning using the summon command, NPC is not there. My settings are correct.
