Failed to load world

I am having a problem with our imac Computers, We would load into minecraft then create new world and then it says "There was a problem loading this world" it is a vanilla world also.

  Hello Roman,

  Worlds from Java cannot be opened in the Education Edition. If you want to submit a request we can troubleshoot more.
