Unable to purchase accounts

I am trying to set up a Minecraft for Education Club at our school. I have MS 365 accounts and need to purchase the Minecraft for Education accounts. When I go to the Microsoft for Education Store and enter my purchase I get the loading wheel that just spins and never actually lets me make the purchase. Not sure if it's related to the security features at my building or with our hosted network. I'm planning on trying again from home. Any suggestions for me?
