Custom NPC's

Hi! I've looked at the Mindful Night world and I thought the NPC's were pretty cool but we can't make on our own worlds. Is there any way I could make custom NPC's like those that are in the Mindful Night? Thank you!

  Thanks for posting. Yes you could just edit the Mindful night world, or create your own world.
