Unable to connect to world

I've been trying to connect to other people's worlds but even I've been getting the message Unable to connect. I've always been able to join other people's worlds in the Java edition, using this computer, but for some reason Education Edition doesn't work.

  When I enter the world with my friend, he writes for me unable to connect world and i close the game and join and the problem dont finish please i want answer
