I can't login to my account again

I can't login to my account. My screen says "We can't connect to the service you need now."

 

Please help. Thanks

  Hi Tim-

  This error can be caused by a few different things, so go ahead and try these troubleshooting steps:

  • Try to login again today as you may have hit at a time we had a usage spike on our server
  • Check to see that you don't have 2 versions of Minecraft: Education Edition on your device.  If you've downloaded both the Windows 10 store and desktop version it can cause these issues.  Check out this article for more information: https://minecrafteducation.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360026424472
