Code cannot redeemed because region

I was purchased gift code of minecrafted dungeon for my daughter but the code cannot be redeemed because different region (I live in Singapore and my daughter live in thailand) how should i do to get code that can redeemed? I was try to contact help center and send e-mail but still no any reply from them
