Possible to have different versions installed on one machine?

For a variety of reasons, I have to have 2 versions on M:EE installed on my computer: stable current version, and a dev version. 

Is it possible to perhaps install them in different locations and run them both, not necessarily synchronously?

Any advice appreciated. I'm really trying to avoid having to do the uninstall/install/reinstall dance every time I need to switch versions. Sadly, no launcher as in Java.....

  Thanks for posting, I am not sure what you mean exactly by a "dev version", but I am going to say that the answer to this one is most likely no. Having two versions of our game generally does not allow for either to work. Sorry!
