I am creating a multi school Minecraft server. Does any one know if there is a limit to the number of students I can have on one server?

  Only people from your own school (or whatever group provided you with the education edition account) can play with you in your education edition world.

   

  There are no dedicated servers for Education Edition yet.

  Go into View worlds and click on new.  You could start a new world from scratch, you could use on of the templates or if you want to go through a tutorial, you could choose the library and click on how to play to get started with some basic tutorials for education edition.
