Unable to download new worlds

My students have been unable to download new worlds from the library in EE for the last week or two. Per the help guide, xboxlive and playfabapi have both been added to the allowlist on their iPad accounts. Not sure if this is related to the new update or not. Is it possible that district IT has explicitly blocked this for students?

  i need help i tried everything but nothing lets me in to new and featured it let me before but now doesnt

  Per Kyle M's post above, you will need to make sure your school has added specific exceptions to their firewall. A complete list is available here.
