Download old version 1.0.27.0

Is there a link to download version 1.0.27.0 of Minecraft EE? We currently have Win 10 LTSB so we don't have any store apps installed. Installing 1.0.21.0 works but upgrading to 1.4 doesn't because Microsoft.VCLibs.140.00_14.0.25426.0_x86__8wekyb3d8bbwe.appx and Microsoft.VCLibs.140.00_14.0.25426.0_x64__8wekyb3d8bbwe.appx are missing. These files might be in the 1.0.27.0 installer. Alternatively, if anyone has these two files that should work too.
