3D import/export features with ability to import schematics and export more than 32 blocks

The ability to import schematics into a world that have been exported would hold so much potential in terms of sharing and displaying class work and preparing lesson elements for use in multiple worlds without having to rebuild each time.

  Officially adding in Luca's thread on 3D features as well and combining:

  It will be useful to export 3D model more than 32 blocks. Large buildings can not be exported and we must use the java edition or third-party software for this.
