Functions in MakeCode needs parameters

It is hard to teach proper computer science when (block-) functions in MakeCode does not have arguments. To be able to have some kind of data passed to functions you need to resort to Global variables which is a horrible idea.

  Is that the correct link though? Does MicroBit handle support/ideas for MakeCode? Or should I go to github and submit there? ( https://github.com/Microsoft/pxt )
