Lesson Plan fields disappear

Hi,

I've been writing a lesson plan for the website but every time I save it details disappear. I have tried it several times now. All the details about Student Ages, Subjects, Skills and Language ALWAYS disappear and the photo at the top often goes too.

Can this be fixed?
