join server from iPad and PC

Hello!

I'm educating Mincraft to teachers and  i wonder if there anyone here knows if its possible to play together on PC and iPad? Some of the teachers use iPads and sone PC..

  Yes! It is possible to play in a game from a Pc and an iPad at the same time.

  The problem for us is that computers and iPads are on different wireless connection. i guess it's possible at home for students, but not in school...
