Code connection issue

Makecode has stopped functioning in Codebuilder on one of my lap computers. Tynker still works as an option but when I look in the game settings the toggle for Code Builder is grayed out. I've tried reinstalling both Minecraft and Code Connection with no resolution.

  You may need to update your OS. Feel free to submit a support ticket so we can troubleshoot further.
