Students stuck at "You have now used 1 out of 10 logins screen"? What to do?

We tried using the Minecraft educatuin mode today and the students were stuck when they got to the first wall of text about logins.

  Ruben, if you feel there is a deeper technical issue preventing login please submit a request so we can investigate further.

  The reason why the message shows up is because they are using the free trial. You can accept the message, no problem, and play Minecraft. But once the 10 logins are done you will have to buy Minecraft licenses to play the game.
