mincraft does not work and shows error login with different account

Hi I am having trouble getting minecraft education working on my school computers with DET account and I have contacted Edconnect and they are very slow to in their response, it is more than a week. any ideas how to solve this problem.

 

after download run minecraft

error message , your network is not connected, login with different account

  We were getting the same error message. We downloaded the Windows Desktop version and it fixed the problem, assuming you're on Windows machine.

  I'm having similar challenge - just posted about it - but I'm Mac based, not Windows based
