Technical Issues with Installation

I am unable to fully download the minecraft app on the App Installer as it always gets stuck at 10%.I checked my computer version and it is 1830 which i think is suitable .Hence, could someone help me ?

  This sounds like an issue with your computer. Are you able to download the desktop app at the bottom of the page here: https://education.minecraft.net/get-started/download/
