Technical Issues with Installation

I am unable to fully download the minecraft app on the App Installer as it always gets stuck at 10%.I checked my computer version and it is 1830 which i think is suitable .Hence, could someone help me ?

  Hello, I am also experiencing this issue. I am not able to download the desktop app as well as the launcher getting itself stuck. Is there any other way this issue can be fixed?
