Work not saving

Hi.

Have a class of 14 using a server situated at school where they can log in from school or home.

Server character does not log off at all.

The work the students do disappears when they log off and back in again. Sometimes 1/2 of it, sometimes all of it.

Then for some, their work is all saved.

Any input on what is going on would be very helpful!

  Hi Sam,

  Thanks for reaching out. Are you having one machine that remains on and students logon and join the world? Or are you using the Azure pilot. Please submit a request so we can troubleshoot this deeper.
