I want to report that I did not receive the Minecraft Certified badge

I did all My Minecraft Journey courses at MEC: each quiz from 1-8 lessons, I received four "mini-badges". I made a My Minecraft Journey Final quiz and obtained the My Minecraft Journey certificate and badge at MEC. I have not received the Minecraft Certified certificate yet. I've been waiting for 5 days. Please help
