Code Builder not working

My code builder isn't working.  Currently using Minecraft Education on Macs with Mojave and El Capitan, and it does not work on either.  The code builder will open and display the blocks, but the programs will not execute.

  It seems like something on your network is blocking the launch of Code Builder. Please submit a request so we can further troubleshoot.
