AI for good - students cannot download the file from the library

My students are unable to download AI for good on their laptops. The message indicated that we are not connected to the internet in order to access the library. There is no problem with the internet connection.  Is the download a zip file? I was told by our tech dept that may be the problem, If so, is there another way for students to access AI for good and other lessons from the library?

  Thanks for reaching out. There is a known issue with iPads not being able to connect to the library. It is currently being worked on but the only official workaround is to factory reset the iPad itself. I will link to our known issues webpage where we will update as soon as a better fix is found.

  Hello Diana Rodriguez,

  In order to access the in-game library two urls need to be white listed on your firewall:

  https://*.xboxlive.com (Library/Demo Lesson)
  https://*.playfabapi.com (Library/Demo Lesson)

  En dado caso de que el problema sea en Ipads, que se debe hacer?
