keep the updates the same on all platforms including pc

we should have the same updates as the PC version as they are in 1.16 and we are not

  Thanks for your feedback!  Minecraft: Education Edition is a separate application from Minecraft Bedrock.  Due to our production cycles, we are a version or so behind the current Bedrock version.  This allows us to ensure the best experience for our Education customers.
