My students are trying to log in. When they enter their passwords Microsoft states that the passwords are incorrect. When I try to change them its says that are not giving enough information to change password but they are.

  Hi Justin, please open a ticket with the support desk and include the domain you are working with plus and error messages or screen shots you see.  We can troubleshoot from there.
