Downloading Washington DC Map into M:EE

Another teacher I work with wants to use the Washington DC map that's now available on the Minecraft Mojang Store for download. I'm trying to help her to get it, but I can't figure out how to download the map into M:EE. The only option I can find is to buy and download the Windows 10 version of regular Minecraft and then download the Washington DC map through the Minecraft store. Isn't there a way to access the map without having to buy (that's part I don't want to do) regular Minecraft?

  You would need a copy of consumer edition to download maps from the Minecraft Marketplace. However, maps from the latest consumer version are not compatible with Education Edition at this time.

  Not too long ago, Windows 10 had free education maps, Washington DC was one of them. Why can't we get a Washington DC Map/World on Minecraft Education?
