Help with items in chests

I've built worlds that are located on a server. When I save the worlds and exit. Every time I go back in the colored concrete blocks that are in the chests are all white concrete blocks and I have to redo every chest. This is quite tedious because I am using this for three hundred students and have multiple copies of the world built. Why is it changing the colors of the blocks in the chests?

  Hi Jami Woychesin are you using Minecraft: Education Edition?  We don't currently have server support so I'm curious how you've been able run it on a server.
