Students "Unable to Connect" to my world

Yesterday it was working fine, I had a student on my world, but starting today they keep getting the "unable to connect" notification. I restarted my computer and the problem was not fixed. Any ideas what's going on here?

  hey guys I figured it out! My anti-virus software was blocking friends from joining
