Utah Students & Data Privacy
I have had many teachers in my district express interest in utilizing Minecraft in their classrooms.
You can see here, for Utah, all the agreements we have on file:
https://sdpc.a4l.org/search_alliance.php?state=UT
And here is a blank form, that includes "exhibit E", which means any district in Utah can easily adopt the same agreement once it is on file with one:
https://sdpc.a4l.org/agreements/UT_DPA_V2.pdf
I would be happy to be a point of contact to help with this process. It has been hard to convince our IT folks that this is worth it, and they hesitate because we are a "Google" district, but if we had a DPA on file, teachers would at least have the choice to utilize this awesome resource.
