i can log in but it just stays on logging in and never loads how do i fix it

  • Which version of Minecraft: Education Edition are you playing? 
  • What device / system are you on?
  • What OS version are you running?
  • What part of the game are you having trouble with?
  • Are you seeing a specific error? Screenshots and exact error messages are very helpful for us.
