Chceck the tutorial is valid error

My students are getting this mesage when trying to use code for the Coding FUNdamentals 1 lessons (Sea Turles, Polar Bears, etc): "Please check your internet connection and check the tutorial is valid."  They internet is definitely working -- any idea what could be causing this or how to fix it?

(It doesnt' seem to happen on other Minecraft coding lessons)
