Can you add these features pls?

These are some things I want to be in Minecraft Education

1. Advancements( Not Achievements ): Just like Java edition, can you please add advancements to education, so you can feel a sense of reward in what you do, and advancements are cooler than achievements.

2. Crossplay between bedrock and education: Since education edition is basically the same as bedrock, can you add this feature, and I want it to go like this. You make a new selection titled, servers, and it will show bedrock edition servers, and you can also make your own servers by adding extra settings as in multiplayer mode, always on servers, and more.

3. Marketplace: I want it to be as if you can download addons in education the same way as in bedrock edition. It should go like, in the new and featured section, make all the marketplace addons and maps available, so education players can open up to new possibilities.

4. Pale Garden: Can you add the Pale Garden test to education so I can test the new features, since I don't have the actual Minecraft or  the preview.

5. Updates: Can you release the new updates to Minecraft education quicker because for example, tricky trials for java and bedrock  released on 6/13/24 but it was released on education on 7/23/24 so can you release updates to education quicker so I can enjoy new updates sooner?

6. Multiplayer: I want that so you can play with people who have different Office 365 tenants because it would make the game more fun and so you can play with more people, like a person with a CBE account join a person with a CSSD account.

And that's all the things I want to be in education edition.
