the tick cmds wont work:(

everytime i watch a video to use ticks and now when i put the command "/tick step 1t" or "/tick freeze" just dont work

  like i copied the cmds from the vid just dont work snd i cant afford the actual minecraft i lost my other tablet that had minecraft real so i cant tell if that cmds dont work in minecraft edu or not pls help

  Hi francisco campos,

  Sadly the /tick command is a Java exclusive feature (Minecraft wiki /tick). Maybe it will be added later?
