Extensions in MakeCode not showing

Few of my students have trouble adding the Roller Coaster extension as there is no options in the extensions page.

We tried to restart the computer, but no avail. When I asked them to try open MakeCode on their browser, it's completely blank.

They are using Windows OS laptop and the Minecraft Education v1.21.05.

  Hmmm... I don't know the answer, but I will brainstorm with you. =]
  
  You already tried the old restart the computer trick.

  I would suggest that your students also sign in to office.com and then (as you already did) into minecraft.makecode.com again and try to reestablish every connection they can get. =] (I am wondering if there is some kind of cookie/cache issue blocking the roller coaster extension on the website for MakeCode.)

  Have they tried on another computer? Do other accounts have the same problem on the same computer?
  So sorry for the trouble. I hope wiser eyes will know what might work.
