Not able to join anybody on either device 1.21.03

Hey there, I am here to ask about any fixes for not being able to join anybody on the new Trails and Tails update. For context, I have been able to play with my friend on my world comfortably until we downloaded 1.21.03. This then occured that we could not join eachother (even in the same school district) Any fixes?

  Sorry to hear you are running into some issues, is one or both of you on a Mac?

  Do you know anyone else running into these issues as well besides you two?
